[edit] Description

You would participate in a collaborative product design process from visual branding to detailed user interface and functionality design and usability review. Your core contributions would be to:

Collaborate as a team member while also working independently.
Design web interface that includes a project directory and community networking among diverse entrepreneurs and first-time web users. In Phase 2, we will also work with web-to-mobile and SMS interfaces.
Create Dreamfish brand guidelines with design team
Expand look & feel of the Dreamfish brand in order to integrate experience of several kinds of open source social software, including wordpress, mediawiki, and networking services.
Create Photoshop and HTML mockups

Show outstanding quality of work in a portfolio of web-based work.
Experience in a collaborative team.
Learn quickly from practice and thrive on challenges
Experience with social network design and use
Experience with mobile and SMS would be a plus
CSS skills are plus
Familiarity with Agile Project Management.
Familiarity with open source standards, community norms and ethos.
Demonstrates strong communication skills. Intercultural communication skills are a plus

This is an extraordinary opportunity for someone who wants to collaborate on a team to build a world-changing world of work. We would want for you to jump in and start immediately on a project that moves Dreamfish to live beta.

This work can be accomplished on a project basis.

This is a Dreamfish Service project.

*You would become a voting member of the cooperative, and would be an owner of Dreamfish. Your service would be tracked as a contribution to Dreamfish. Initially, you would be compensated with non-cash value. Here are kkinds of value dreamfishers experience on a service project:
