I am a catalyst for individuals and organizations to realize their full potential by providing coaching, facilitation, and organizational consulting.

I love working with others to help them succeed. I have had an exciting and varied career life which has including engineering, production management, IT management, and organizational consulting. The last 13 years I have worked as an executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and organization development consultant. I have lived in Colorado for 17 years, but before that I lived in San Jose, California. I grew up in Houston on a family farm. I have a BS in Materials Science from Rice University, an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness, and I am currently a PhD student at the Fielding Graduate University. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Evidence Based Coach, a certified Book Yourself Solid® Coach, a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, and a full member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC).

I am looking for referral partners who want to help each other build strong business relationships and are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

I am also finishing a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate University. My dissertation is studying the experiences of heterosexuals with an evangelical Christian background changing from anti-gay to pro-gay advocates. I am currently looking for participants, so please let me know if you know someone who might be interested.
