- keep track of which people I'm engaged in active conversation with
- keep track of what each conversation is about, and what state it's in

- get Manju going on development
- help Manju learn Symfony
- foster Dreamfish development community of practice
- develop capacity for Dreamfish to convene and support open source projects
- help Pete learn about creating and fostering an open source project
- develop Rel v0 in Symfony
- end result, either:
- create a successful kernel of code & architecture to build upon
- or "fail successfully," and learn a significant amount to bootstrap the next project
- explore development for mobile / developing world
- connect with other developers for mobile / developing world

- use Symfony
- use github (unless svn is lots better for Symfony)
- create app from web out, so we can take advantage of web app knowledge/code as a foundation
- host development environments on personal computers
- deploy staging/test app to Earthtab server
- TBD: Manju/Pete meeting venues, times, etc.
