Observations related to Dreamfish We have learned a few things about working well in Dreamfish waters:
- experienced, well-oiled team requires less project management hygiene
- new, less-organized, or heterogenous teams require more
- In an open exploratory culture like Dreamfish, it is critical to create plans with clear details, use Agile Project Management approach and execute to closure.
- learning about Maker's Schedule, Manager's Schedule might help teams reduce impact on people who work in half-day chunks of time by those who work in hour chunks.
