I am a personal coach, psychotherapist and retired university professor. My primary interest (spanning community, organizational, interpersonal and personal spheres) is the interpersonal effectiveness of intimate systems: the performance of work groups and teams, business pairs, spouses and domestic partners, and training and development groups.

As a lesbian organizational effectiveness consultant and a psychotherapist, I'm deeply committed to strengthening LGBTQI social systems of all kinds. 3.
