I am a Java Front-end Web Developer who has 7+ years of experience in software development. Presently, I am looking for new challenges as the company which I had worked for in the past 2.5 years had, unfortunately, closed its door a few months ago. At my last company, I was the main UI Engineer and was responsible for the development of new user interface features and enhancement of existing features of the company’s core product. I was also one of the three developers who implemented the open-source version of our product. I have experience in feature conceptualization, UI design, technical documentation, code debugging, and technical support. My most recent experience was in Web Application development using Java, JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ICEfaces AJAX framework, and Struts. I am passionate about producing high-quality, efficient and user-friendly GUI.
I am bi-lingual: English and Chinese (fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese). Also can read and understand some Japanese.
I enjoy meeting people and am not afraid of challenges.
