From Dreamfish

The Dreamfish Group 1 is a peer group for job seekers. As a small pilot member cluster, we focused on the business of consulting, discussing topics such as networking, client relations, and the sales process. See Daylog:Peter_Kaminski,_2009-07-30

On our first meeting mid-summer, we set individual goals for our work and supported each other by meeting in pairs in between weekly check-ins. In subsequent meetings, each member provided task updates, and the group agreed on topics to develop as Dreamfish wiki resources, such as project scoping and bidding.

As a pilot group, we also considered best practices for how to facilitate a peer group, creating a Dreamfish wiki page for members to develop: Peer groups.
