Projects - Dreamfish Service projects focus on helping members to be successful. To be highly responsive to members, we use Agile Project Management. We work in small diverse teams -- a project team could have a student, a writer, an engineer, business person, and artist, and each originate from a different culture.

Projects are carried out in an Agile cycle of between one half day to two weeks in work. This is a manageable amount of work to do. Many service projects require commitments to a project team. You can get started on a Dreamfish Service project by signing up, subscribing to an email list below, and introducing yourself.

Service Team - After you complete a first small project, you can continue with other projects. You will also then be eligible for Service Team, which leads projects. This is a flexible part-time position for a minimum of 10 hours/week, for three months. Members meet once a week, lead and coordinate projects. Members also participate in the regularly held Dreamfish Retreat, which is a strategy and learning experience. The rewards of this Team are many. People develop personally and professionally, as they discover what matters most to them.

To apply for a Service Team position, check out Dreamfish Service Jobs.
