Entrepreneur Commons

[edit] Description

Entrepreneur Commons is peer-learning for entrepreneurs, along with a seed fund with a selection process based on cooptation (I think your project is more mature than mine) rather than competition (winner takes all). We are looking at opening 4 new chapters in Florida:

  • Miami,
  • Tampa,
  • Jacksonville
  • Orlando

We need local entrepreneurs to volunteer to facilitate the meetings there.

Why do this?
Entrepreneur Commons is a network of entrepreneurs that provides peer support and access to funding. Entrepreneurs meet once a month with other entrepreneurs to share successes and challenges that they face on their projects. These meetings are an opportunity for all to share information, knowledge and contacts in a trusted environment. Members of Entrepreneur Commons also have access to the global network of entrepreneurs who have already joined local chapters in other places, or who have joined the online community through the Entrepreneur Commons Academy.
