[edit] Projects: High Priority (by September 30th)
- Dreamfish use cases
- Project Sponsor: [Volunteer by Aug 14, 2009] -
- Do they need additional work? - We can write use cases and give them to a developer. Would that work? Missing a Product mgmt role: to guide what needs to get built and developer to actually do the build. Use cases as we have them may be too highlevel for a developer to work with. Term "use case" is overloaded, but there is a funtionette version for developers. Next step to use product manager skills/role to cut up the current cases into finer chunks for developers.
- Kynthia - we will need prototyping before asking developers to actually code -- "Can learn a lot from paper".
- Evaluate data from July 2009 Feedback
