  • Whatever it takes to enable members to achieve their goals.
  • Build extraordinary project management within the network.
  • Projects are action-oriented.
  • Each project is sponsored by the Dreamfish Service Team.

  • Make goal and task prioritization clear.
  • Follow Production Process.
  • Create an explicit time budget for team projects
  • communicate your own time commitments so project leads can allocate resources.
  • Pairing - for tasks to make them go quicker and better when people pair with each other.
  • Project leads develop their own communication norms per project.
  • In communication, make expectation and request clear.
  • When email subject includes "[response needed by X day]", team members should reply by then

  • Template Project task lists - Define criteria needed to Choose mediawiki extension for table - Dreamfish
    • Project Sponsor: Johannes Klose
    • High priority - Make template for list format (high priority, low priority, inbox) and some instructions for using the project list.
    • ??? priority - Create a template for tables.
    • Low priority - find and install a wikimedia extension to make building tables even easier.
  • Internal dreamfish agreement on page and section titles standards (capitalization, initial caps, spaces, quotes, etc)

  • Create content for Day Log / Work Diary - Dreamfish - See examples: Peter Kaminski
  • External recommendation on page and section titles standards (capitalization, initial caps, spaces, quotes, etc)
  • protocol for declaring "offline" conversations between a smaller group of members within a larger phone conferencing mtg
    • Add as a how-to "best practice"
  • protocol for email threads between smaller group of members within google groups
    • Add as a how-to "best practice"
