The Dreamfish Service Team facilitates the Dreamfish Vision by sponsoring projects, and supporting and cross-pollinating activity between projects.
At the Dreamfish Retreat, the Service Team defined these goals. They are then updated periodically.

1. Dreamfish use cases: Worker, Client, Service Team, Total Newbie use case:
2. Define minimum tools to be in network
3. Orientation Process and Materials sent to each new member
4. 80% of members can access minimum tool set in 3 minutes
5. 3 MOs after wave 1, 50% wave 1 members still signing in
6. 80% incoming members achieve intended task within 8 minutes
1. Create an “Ask” for Dreamfish to raise SHORTTERM Cash.
2. Create Proof of Concept with 3,000 already in “Network”
3. Revise—Business Plan
4. Find talent that Dreamfish needs
5. Create Messages, Strategy, Packages for different groups—Investors + Community
