  • Facilitate conversations / communication
  • Interview / onboard other devs
  • Participate in story planning
    • Identify tech skill requirements
    • During assignments, check to see if the person is comfortable with tech skills and split up work or pair
  • set expectations clearly up front
  • get a clear idea of available per week
